This is a Korean inspired one pot ramen recipe. It has become my new go-to. If you are looking for a new instant noodle recipe, you can try this one. It will always satisfy your cravings without blowing your food budget.
It is one of the easiest noodle recipes you will probably make. Basically, it is instant ramen noodles with cheese. It requires minimal effort. Perfect when you run out of time or those times when you are in no mood to cook an elaborate meal but still want something delicious.
To spice it up you can also add some red chili flakes or red chili paste to the noodle. Just make sure you are not feeding this to smaller kids.

I think this recipe is awesome. Although if it doesn't hurt, I would appreciate it if there were measurements for the amounts of certain things (like cheese and butter) so that it may make it perfect somewhat. Other than that, it's an phenomenal recipe!

This isn’t meant to sound rude, but there are already measurements! Check under ingredients!

1/2 teaspoon of butter? How exactly does one measure that? Doesn't seem like nearly enough. Having said that I made it with about1.5 Tablespoons and 1/2cup of cheese. It was a hit

Used cheddar and a bit of Parmesan cheese with chives instead of green onion and it turned out really yummy!

The recipe is good, but it grossly underestimates the amount of calories in this. One package of Ramen has like 370 cal by itself Add 110 cal for the cheese, 16 for the butter, 35 for the milk.
So since you claim this is one serving, that is a whopping 531 cal. If you cut it into two servings, it’s about 265 cal.
